How to cancel Adobe Creative Cloud

Steps

1. Sign in to your Adobe account.
2. In Plans and payment, select Manage plan, then Cancel your plan.
3. Select Continue to cancel, pick a reason, then Confirm cancellation.

What happens

Charges stop

Paid apps keep working until the end of the current billing period.

Refund

Most plans get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of first buying. After that, it depends on your plan type.

The catch

• Annual plans paid monthly can charge an early termination fee. Check Adobe's cancellation terms for your plan first.
• More than one plan? Each one must be cancelled separately.
• Can't cancel while a payment is processing or failing. Wait 24 hours.
• Bought through Apple, Google or Microsoft? Cancel with them.
• A charge right after cancelling is usually the final one for the current period.
