The basics

How

Bring it to the returns counter at any Costco warehouse. Online orders can also be returned through Costco.com.

Different deadlines

• 90 days: TVs, projectors, major appliances, computers, tablets, smartwatches, cameras, drones, phones, recreational carts ordered online.
• Membership fee: refunded any time if you're dissatisfied.

Can't be returned

• Custom-made Special Order Kiosk products
• Airline and live event items, gift cards and tickets, Shop Cards, precious metals
• Cigarettes and alcohol where the law prohibits returns

The catch

• Diamonds of 1 carat or more need the original certificates and get inspected first.
• Tires and batteries may be covered by a limited warranty instead.
• Costco notes that limitations apply. Check at the membership counter for edge cases.
