How to cancel HBO Max

Steps

1. Go to HBOMax.com/subscription and sign in.
2. Choose Cancel Your Subscription.
3. Confirm, and note the expiration date it shows.

You can keep streaming until the end of the billing period.

The catch

• No cancel option? Check who bills you (shown at the top of that screen). Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku, Samsung, your phone/internet provider or even DoorDash may be the one to cancel with.
• Deleting the app does not cancel.
• Cancel before your next billing date.
• The Extra Member add-on ends with your plan, and you get a prorated refund for its unused days.
