Purchases Oct 13 – Dec 24 can be returned or exchanged until Jan 23.

How

By mail online, or at a lululemon store (not outlets). Exchanges are in store only.

Can't be returned

• Gift cards and customized products
• "We Made Too Much" sale items, unless you're a member (members get a gift card)

The catch

• Anything refunded after 30 days comes back as a gift card.
• Return in the same country you bought it in.
• lululemon judges "unworn" case by case and can refuse future returns over excessive returning.
