How to cancel Microsoft 365

Cancel online in 3 steps.

Steps

Go to account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365 and sign in with the account that pays.
Select Cancel subscription (it may say Upgrade or Cancel).
Review the page and confirm the cancellation at the bottom.

Refund: Not every cancellation gets a refund. You only find out if you're eligible after cancelling.

Your OneDrive drops to 5 GB. Over the limit means no uploads or syncing, and Outlook.com email stops sending and receiving.
After 6 months over the limit, Microsoft may delete your OneDrive files. Download them first.
Family/Premium plan? Everyone you share with loses their extra storage too.
No Cancel option, just an expiry date? It's already set to end, and you won't be charged again.
Bought through Apple, Google Play, Amazon or another store? Cancel with them.
