How to cancel SiriusXM

Steps

1. Work out who bills you. Check your bank or card statement for SiriusXM, Apple, Google Play, Roku or T-Mobile.
2. Billed by SiriusXM: go to the Subscriptions tab in the Online Account Center, use the chat icon, or call 866-635-8641.
3. Billed by Apple, Google Play, Roku or T-Mobile: cancel with them, not SiriusXM.

Refund

No refunds or credits for partial periods, with some exceptions.

The catch

• Cancel more than 24 hours before renewal or it may renew.
• Deleting the SiriusXM app does not cancel.
• Roku-billed subscriptions can't be cancelled inside the SiriusXM app. Use Roku's website.
