Walmart return policy

90 days

90 days for most items (in store and online). Most consumer electronics: 30 days. Wireless phones: 14 days. Marketplace sellers: usually 30 days.

The basics

Holidays: Most items bought Oct 1 – Dec 31 can be returned until Jan 31.
How: Start the return in the Walmart app or online under Purchase History, or bring it to any store.

The catch

Your Walmart.com purchase history shows the exact last day to return each item.
Keep the receipt and packaging for at least 90 days.
Items bought from resellers (not Walmart itself) can't be returned to Walmart.
Bill payment and Walmart financial-service fees are non-refundable.
