Free at any Zara store with your receipt or Zara QR. Or drop off at a delivery point for $4.95.
Fees
Drop-off point returns: $4.95, taken out of your refund.
The catch
The online clock starts on the shipment date, not delivery.
Return in the same country/region you bought it.
Someone else can return it in store for you.
