Steps
Log in to your Calm account in a web browser at calm.com/login.
Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
Select Settings, then Manage Subscription.
Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
What happens
Charges stop
The subscription does not renew. You keep full Calm Premium access until the end of the current billing or trial period.
Refund
Cancelling does not by itself produce a refund. Refunds are only available for Calm.com and Google Play purchases, within 30 days. Apple purchases must go to Apple.
The catch
These steps only work if you bought the subscription on calm.com. Cancel where you bought it.
Bought through Apple: Settings app, tap your name, Subscriptions, Calm, Cancel Subscription. Calm cannot see or cancel Apple subscriptions.
Bought through Google Play: Play Store, profile icon, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, Calm, Cancel Subscription.
Cannot find the subscription in Apple or Google? You probably used a different Apple ID or Google account.
Only the Family Admin can cancel a Calm Premium Family Plan, and only on Calm's website, not in the app.
You do not need to contact Calm support to cancel.
