How do I cancel HelloFresh?

Steps

1. Log in to your HelloFresh account.
2. Click your name in the top right corner, then click Account Settings.
3. Scroll down the Plan settings page and click Cancel Plan, under the Status section.
4. Follow the prompts. A message confirms the account is cancelled.

What happens

Charges stop

You must cancel by 11:59 pm PST five days before your next scheduled delivery.

Refund

HelloFresh cannot process a cancellation after the cut-off. You are responsible for all charges on orders that were already processed.

Instead

You can skip single weeks instead of cancelling: log in, click My Menu, select the delivery week you want to skip, then click Skip Week.

The catch

• The five-day cut-off is the whole game. Miss it and you pay for the next box.
• A 'Free for Life' style offer dies with the subscription and is not reinstated if you come back.
