How do I cancel Instacart+?

Steps

1. Open the menu (☰ on the website, Account icon in the app).
2. Go to Instacart+ and, under Manage your membership, choose to end it.
3. Confirm. You'll get a confirmation email (check spam).

What happens

Charges stop

No more renewals. $0 delivery continues until the end of your billing period.

Refund

Annual members: full refund if you cancel within the first 5 days of a paid membership and haven't used it for any orders. Otherwise no refund.

The catch

• Trials can be charged up to 6 hours before they turn into paid plans. Cancel well before the trial ends.
• You can set a reminder 7 days before renewal instead of cancelling now.
