The basics
How
Free in any Nordstrom store, or by mail with a prepaid label (or a QR code at USPS/FedEx, so no printer needed). Most Nordstrom items can also go back at Nordstrom Rack.
Refund timing
In store: 3–5 business days. By mail: 8–12 business days to process, plus 3–5 for the refund. Marketplace items: 10–14 business days.

The catch
No receipt? You'll need ID, and you get a Nordstrom gift card at the current price.
Fine jewelry can't be mailed back. Take it to a store with a fine jewelry department.
Marketplace sellers have their own windows. Check your order history.
Mismatched labels or packages sent by mistake won't be refunded or returned.
