To cancel Paramount+, go online and follow 3 steps.

Steps
Go to paramountplus.com and click your username in the top right corner.
Click Account.
Scroll down and click Cancel subscription.
The catch
These steps are only for people who signed up on the web, a smart TV (LG, Vizio, Samsung) or a games console (Xbox, PS4, PS5).
Signed up through the Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon, Roku, Prime Video Channels or Apple TV Channels? You have to cancel on that platform. Cancelling with Paramount does not stop their billing.
Uninstalling the app on an Android TV does not cancel anything.
Locked out of your account? Paramount+ tells you to open its Help Center home page, click the blue chat bubble and type 'Agent'.
