How do I cancel Strava?

To cancel Strava, go online and follow 3 steps. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date, or it renews. You keep subscription features until the end of the current term.

Steps

Log in to Strava on the website (strava.com).
Select your profile picture in the top right corner.
Go to Settings, then My Account, then Cancel Subscription.

What happens

Charges stop: Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date, or it renews. You keep subscription features until the end of the current term.
Refund: Full refund possible within 14 days of purchase, by asking Strava support. After 14 days the subscription is non-refundable. A renewal that already happened is not refunded by cancelling.

The catch

Cancel on the platform you subscribed on. If you started in the iPhone app, cancel in the App Store; in the Android app, cancel in Google Play. The Strava app has no cancel button of its own.
Apple controls billing and refunds for App Store purchases. Strava cannot refund those or escalate on Apple's behalf. Apple and Google refunds usually must be asked for within 48 hours and are at their discretion.
Your activities and uploaded data are not deleted. You only lose the paid features.
A gift subscription may be refundable within 14 days. If it was already redeemed, the recipient drops back to Free.
