How do I cancel Uber One?

To cancel Uber One, go app and follow 5 steps. To avoid the next monthly charge you must cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date. You keep Uber One until the end of the membership period.

Steps

  1. In the Uber app, go to Account and select Uber One.
  2. Go to Manage Membership.
  3. Select End Membership.
  4. Say why you are cancelling and tap Continue.
  5. Tap Continue again on the next screen, then select End Membership to finish.
